What we work on

Built around your QB

Footwork & drops

Under center, gun and play-action, timed to the route.

Throwing mechanics

Grip, base, hips and release for accuracy and velocity.

Pre-snap reads

Identifying coverage and leverage before the ball is snapped.

Progressions

Where to look first, second and third, and when to move on.

Pocket movement

Climbing, sliding and keeping eyes downfield.

Decision speed

Getting the ball out on time, every time.

Ages 8 and up

Good habits start at eight.

Young QBs learn clean mechanics and their first pre-snap keys, so the position makes sense from day one. Sessions move at your QB's pace — short drills, plenty of reps, and nobody standing in line.

Mechanics

Throw it the right way

  • Grip and ball carriage
  • Stance and balanced base
  • Footwork from the snap
  • A repeatable throwing motion
First pre-snap keys

Look before the snap

  • Count the safeties
  • Find where the defense is light
  • Know the first read on every play
  • Keep eyes up, not on the rush

At the end of each hour I'll show you what we worked on and a few things your QB can practice at home.

FAQ

Before you book

How long is a session?+
Sixty minutes, one QB and one coach.
Where do we meet?+
Brighton, Michigan. You get the exact field location when you book.
Can parents watch?+
Always. At the end of the hour I'll walk you through what we worked on.
How do I pay?+
At booking. Reschedule free with 24 hours' notice; cancel with 24 hours' notice for a full refund.
How young is too young?+
Age 8 is a good starting point. Before that, most kids are better off just playing.
Is an hour too long for a young QB?+
No, if it's run right. Younger sessions use short drills and a lot of reps, and nobody stands in line.
Will this conflict with their team's coaching?+
No. I coach whatever your program runs. My job is mechanics and reads, not a second playbook.
What if the weather is bad?+
If I have to call off an outdoor session you choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
